Out-of-Stock and Backordered Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of receipt but may be delayed due to arriving shipments that contain products that you have ordered. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or any major holiday may not ship until the following Monday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Returns, Repairs and Exchange Policy
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED ONCE AN ORDER HAS SHIPPED
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON E-LIQUID.
NO WARRANTY ON ATOMIZERS, CARTOMIZERS, TANKS, OR COILS. (Except for DOA for those items)
EXCHANGE ITEMS MUST BE EVELUATED AT AN IN-STORE LOCATION WITHIN THE DEFAULT WARRANTY PERIOD TO BE DEEMED ELIGIBLE.
THE DEFAULT WARRANTY PERIOD FOR ALL PRODUCT IS 14 DAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE PRODUCT WARRANTY CARD.
PLEASE TEST ALL PRODUCTS UPON RECEIPT. THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRES WHETHER YOU TEST IT OR NOT.
Eligibility for refunds, repairs or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse or modified or repaired by anyone other than CHATTANOOGA VAPOR CO LLC are not eligible for exchange.

E-Liquid Policy
Due to personal tastes and preferences we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for e-liquid products. All e-liquid purchases are final. Returns are only acceptable in the cases of shipping/packing errors in which the wrong size or nicotine concentration has been received.
PG Based e-Liquid Warning
Although the vast majority of our customers notice little to no difference between PG and VG based e-Liquids, a small number of people find propylene glycol to be an irritant (sore throat, etc.)
Cartridges, Cartomizer, Tanks, Coils, Pods Refund/Return Policy
Cartridges, cartomizers, tanks, and coils have no warranty and all purchases are final on these products except in the cases of DOA products.
Delivery Policy
Orders placed Monday through Friday will typically be delivered within 2 to 3 hours of the set delivery window, provided the product ordered is in stock and delivery service is available. Orders placed on Holidays may not ship until the following business day due to limited availability or volume demand.
Customers must be at the delivery location during the drop off time, with legal identification providing age confirmation, for a delivery to be completed. If a customer does not have proper Identification, and/or is not present at the time of delivery, the product will be sent back to the local storefront location and held in store for pick up by the customer.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by CHATTANOOGA VAPOR CO LLC or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Taxes
CHATTANOOGA VAPOR CO LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, CHATTANOOGA VAPOR CO LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
